"It has been brought to our attention by our customers that Yelp has filtered all of our positive reviews. In my opinion, they are basically trying to extort us and kill our great reputation which I've worked extremely hard to build up, by hiding our positive reviews and putting them under the "Filtered Reviews" page. You can still view our positive reviews by clicking "Filtered Reviews" to see all the positive feedback I have received from dealing with you, the general public, for the last 8 years. Because of the highly margin-compressed current used car market, we have a VERY, VERY LIMITED advertising budget and we feel our advertising dollars work better by spending them on websites which support the automotive industry as well as help educate consumers on purchasing used cars from dealers. These are websites such as Autotrader, Kelley Blue Book, MSN Autos, AOL Autos, Yahoo Autos, and Cars.com so we have chosen not to become a sponsored business on Yelp.

"Before launching into this review, I should provide a little background that might prove useful. I am a 69-year-old retired computer nerd, who would be considered by most to be very wealthy. Notwithstanding that wealth, I have never purchased a new car or made a car payment. Stated differently, I always buy used cars for cash. I live in San Francisco. Therefore, before driving all the way to Campbell to see K&F's offerings, I did a considerable amount of Internet shopping. My research indicated that a good collection of well equipped Lexus, Mercedes and BMW autos could be viewed at K&F. I would guess that nearly all of these cars are auction vehicles, which means that someone originally leased them and then turned them in at the end of the lease period. They then ended up on the K&F lot because Omied bought them at auction.
I purchased a fully loaded 2005 LS430 with 11,000+ miles in March of 2008. This car with all the trimmings had cost nearly $70,000 when it was new. I paid Omied $40,000, which means that some mindless idiot had spent roughly $30,000 for the privilege of driving the first 11,000 miles. That's my kind of transaction. That's partly why I'm rich.
My wife was with me and wanted to purchase and ES350, but she was so fussy about what she wanted that nothing on the lot met her specifications. Ordinarily, one would simply expect to go home empty handed, but not at K&F. Omied wrote down all her requirements and promised to go shopping for her at the auction lots. Within about 90 days, Omied called and announced that he had picked up the car my wife wanted. It was a 2007 ES350 with all the goodies she had specified, including interior and exterior colors. For all this special service, she paid $32,000 for the car. I have no idea what it cost when it was new. I didn't care. I was adequately impressed with the service she had received.
The next time I need a car, I'm going to call Omied. I won't even go look at it. I'll just tell him what I want, and when he finds it, I'll simply drive down and pick it up. He make it that painless.
BTW, the reviewer who claimed that the owner is "racist toward white people" probably doesn't realize that Iranians ARE "white people". I'm about as lily white as you get and my wife is Chinese. I grew up in the barrio of East Los Angeles, and it's my experience that those who are the first to yell "racism" tend to be the ones who are the racists. In any case, we love our cars as well as the treatment we received at K&F while acquiring them. Fear not for how you will be treated."

" cannot say it enough...Omied at K & F Auto is really a very special person. He is extremely professional and willing to go the extra mile. I had treid to purchase a car from K & F in the summer of 09'. Due to a poor trade, I couldn't manage the deal. I kept in contact with Omied, and he did the same. I appreciated he never treated me poorly since I couldn't make a deal happen immediately, I was always treated respectfully (like a real customer) even when emailing a question...again, I hadn't made a purchase, yet I was given good service for the months following my inital visit to K & F last summer. Earliet this year, I began encountering problems with my vehicle (the bad trade in) and emailed Omied about the desperate state I was in...again, my car was a bad trade and financing was going to be tricky...he went all out for me. "I found the make and model car I wanted on http://autotrader.com, and this was the dealership where it was located. Price was right, and I wanted it, and Omi, the salesman listened to what I wanted done to it and went right along. He had the paint repaired, tires changed and brakes fixed, so that it would look good and be safe. Then it turned out that I had a credit problem (lack of history) because I had lived in Asia most of my adult life and didn't have much of a recorded credit history. He went out of his way to search out companies, and at the end of the day I got my car and a new credit source, which is also helpful. I recommend this dealership as being helpful and ready to go the extra mile."

"We were originally looking through Craig's List, hoping to save money on a late-model Mercedes ML-350 and found a vehicle listed by K&F Auto that was in our price range but several years newer than what we were looking for. It turned out to be a lease-return in like-new condition that had been purchased from an auction house, which we thought of as a plus. A minor bummer was the Nav CD and original owner's manual had disappeared in the process. Omeid recovered the Nav CD from the auction house after the sale, and when he couldn't locate the manual bought one from Mercedes and sent it to us priority mail. I give Omeid and his dad A+ for fairness & honesty."

"We purchased a sparkling graphite E90 330i from K&F auto end of March. I had been researching off lease 328i and 330i's BMWs extensively for over 3 months on CraigsList and numerous dealers and had a pretty good idea of what we were looking for. I finally drove up to K&F at campbell with my wife to TD the car. Omied has a relatively small parking lot with about 20-25 cars. Most of them seem to be low mileage off lease cars at very reasonable prices. When we got there Omied was away, a very pleasant gentleman, just handed us the keys to the car so that we could look over it. We also looked at at Mercedes E350 and Omied was upfront about the fact that it had some bodywork done on it. There was no pressure to try and sell us a car and he left us alone to look over any other cars on the lot as well. We test drove the BMW and looked around for a bit more and after about 15 mins we just walked in to the office did the paperwork and drove the car home. The experience was quite painless. I have a E46 325CI which I had purchased similarly through a small auto broker 3 years ago and had a good experience there as well. I hate walking into regular dealerships and getting the hardsell with their stupid 4 boxes. I just had a chat with Omied today regarding the registration and was informed that they are refunding me $110 from the registration. I would definitely recommend K&F auto to my friends and to yelpers. I am only docking K&F auto 1 star because Omied did not know how much the extended maintenance warranty would cost and just asked us to contact the different BMW dealerships directly. It would be great if he can broker the extra maintenance warranty as well (which my previous broker did for us).
BTW dont expect to haggle much on the price. Omied is quite firm and quite honestly the starting price itself seems quite reasonable compared to other dealers.
About the review by another person who mentioned that these cars are auction vehicles ??. I dont get it. How else would you expect brokers to acquire cars if not at off lease auctions. Unfortunately, these dont magically fall off a tree or the back of a Van with tinted glasses :-)"

4/30/2009 I bought an LS 430 from K&F auto in January 2009. Great experience! I worked with Omeid at K&F. I actually stopped by and met Omeid in November 2008 and said I was looking for an LS430 but in the lower price than the high end models he had on the lot. He took my name and number and I figured that would be the last time I heard from him. Well he called me in January and said he had a Lexus LS430 on the lot that met my criteria. I came by and looked at the car. It was in like new condition for a 4 year old car. I drove it and loved it. I put a deposit down and had a gentlemens agreement to touch up a couple of rock chips. I came back the next day and you could not even see where the rock chips were. Omeid got me financing and an extended warranty at great rates. I am always worried about buying a used car "as is". Well Omeid took the VIN and got me a vehicle repair history from Lexus. I wanted to make sure it did not have a bunch of warranty work. I then found out it was originally purchased new at Magnussens Lexus of Fremont. So I called my service consultant for my other lexus and had her give me the complete detailed report with service history of every oil change and scheduled mainenance. She even told me how much life was on the brakes, tires and the mileage and cost of the next service the car needed. I was a happy camper to know I bought an auction car (lease return) from K&F that was originally purchased and maintained at my local Lexus dealer and I purchased it for probably $5-$8K less than if that same car was sold at the dealer. The last thing I needed was an extra remote key. Those are expensive. Omeid hooked me up and got me a super discount on the spare key. He went to Lexus bought it and had it ready for me to pick up. First class service.

"If you are looking for great pre-owned luxury cars for a good value with excellent and honest service, then this is a place you simply have to check-out. Most cars they select to sell are loaded with great options. I bought a 2005 BMW 330 CI Conv. in Feb09 and I am extremely happy with it. Omied had the full history for the car available, he gave me computer access to check relevant online reports, and he was nice, knowledgeable, and not pushy. The car is still under manufacturer warranty on top of it! Thank you Omied!"

"Not an employee, but I am a customer. I bought a Lexus LS430 in August of 2008. It is a smaller lot with probably 30 cars. Omied was the younger gentleman that helped me. He was very low pressure and allowed me to view the cars with out him over my shoulder. I spent a good hour or so just sitting in the cars playing with the different options. That alone bumps this place up a couple of stars. When it came down to making the purchase he was willing to work with me. He even swapped out the wheels from the car I purchased with some Chrome rims from another LS430 on the lot. He helped me find financing. I was having a very hard time getting approved and tried through a number of banks and ever another dealership. I'm sure Omied had a difficult time as well but was very nice about it and was able to get me financed through a local bank. The car I purchased was missing a floormatt in the back and he pulled one out of the next car that came through his lot with the same color interior. He was also willing to help with anything I needed through his connection at Lexus Dealership Service Center. It was a very pleasant experience.
To the previous poster who commented that the cars are auction vehicles. Of course they are, how else would he be purchasing his cars? He doesn't get direct lease returns like a Lexus Dealership would. The one owner car deal, I believe they used carfax to confirm it was owned by one person. The stickers on the windshield were "Carfax one owner" labeled.
Take this persons negative experience with a grain of salt. Based on my own I would assume most people have positive experiences at this dealership."
